Jen joins the Docs by the Bay team as Marketing Manager, providing freelance support for the practice’s website, creative materials, and business collateral. She brings nearly six years of experience in marketing and currently works full-time as a Marketing Manager at Franworth, where she collaborates with brand partners on local store marketing strategy, digital marketing, and vendor management.

Jen graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She began her career in Chicago, managing social media accounts, leading marketing newsletters, and assisting with content and website development for a high-end outdoor kitchen and grill company.

Originally from Petoskey, Jen now lives in Novi, Michigan. She is passionate about using her skills to serve others through her work. Jen is excited to support her dad, Dr. Ling, and Dr. Richmond’s practice in her hometown.
