Department of Transportation (DOT) Physical Exams

DOT Physicals

$ 150 Fee for Non-Members
  • Comprehensive physical exam
  • Detailed review of medical history, medications, and past surguries
  • Discussion of chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, sleep apnea, heart disease)
  • Review of lifestyle factors such as tobacco and alcohol use
  • Vision & hearing testing
  • Blood pressure & pulse check
  • Urinalysis
  • Completion of DOT paperwork (Medical Examiner's Certificate)

Who Needs a DOT Physical?

A DOT physical is required if you:

  • Drive a commercial motor vehicle (CMV)
  • Operate a vehicle over 10,000 lbs
  • Transport hazardous materials
  • Carry more than 8 passengers commercially
